Kem chiên là món ăn vặt rất được giới trẻ yêu thích, và thịnh hành dạo gần đây. Kem chiên có lớp vỏ ngoài rất giòn nóng hổi và nhân kem bên trong vẫn không bị chảy, mát lạnh, ai ăn rồi cũng phát thèm ăn thêm. Cách làm kem chiên không cần đòi hỏi gì, có thể sử dụng bất kì vị kem nào tùy sở thích. Kem chiên ngon hấp dẫn, cả nhà sẽ rất thích nhé!
Múc viên kem nhỏ tùy ý thích. Cho vào màng thực phẩm bọc tròn thật chặt. Sau đó, cho viên kem vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh 1 tiếng cho kem định hình.
Cho trứng và sữa vào chén đánh tan. Qua 1 tiếng lấy viên kem ra, lăn qua bột chiên xù trước.
Nhúng viên kem vào chén trứng. Tiếp tục lăn viên kem qua bột chiên xù, rồi nhúng vào chén trứng làm 3-4 lần như thế. Rồi cho viên kem vào màng thực phẩm, bọc lại cho trở lại ngăn đá tủ lạnh để 2-3 tiếng.
Bắc nồi dầu lên bếp (dầu cần ngập viên kem). Khi dầu nóng, lấy viên kem từ tủ lạnh ra cho vào nồi dầu nóng chiên với lửa lớn. Khi thấy kem chiên vàng giòn là nhanh tay vớt kem ra.
Bày kem chiên ra dĩa, trang trí thêm kem tươi, cốm màu tùy sở thích, rất hấp dẫn và bắt mắt. Kem chiên có vỏ giòn bên ngoài, kem mát lạnh bên trong, vị ăn rất lạ và độc đáo, ai ăn rồi cũng muốn ăn hoài. Làm cho cả nhà thưởng thức giải nhiệt ngày nóng thì rất tuyệt vời!
